MAX BRUNKE

My practice includes criminal defense, probate and services for real estate investors including real property and landlord tenant law.

Quality relationships with clients require clear communication with a friendly but professional rapport. My goal is to explain the process we will navigate and the legal issues in your case. You will first help me identify your objectives, facts, and circumstances. I will set out our path to resolution. We will work diligently together to reach your goals.

I have represented criminal and juvenile clients in more than one thousand cases. I have advocated for civil, misdemeanor and felony clients in both judge and jury trials. We will work towards cost-effective, amicable resolutions but I will go to trial for you when a negotiated resolution is not possible.

For real estate investors and managers, I identify the legal framework surrounding your properties. I seek to minimize costs and avoid disputes. When a dispute arises, I advocate zealously to obtain the best result for the least cost.

I am a native Oregonian. I graduated from Lincoln High School in Portland, Oregon and Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. I have worked as a development and construction management consultant and as a tradesman. After graduating from Law School in Vermont in 2013, I practiced law as a public defender in Pendleton, Oregon.

My wife and I enjoy eating out and cooking in, traveling, and watching the newest Netflix original series.
