I represent clients with estate planning, probate, immigration, and criminal defense matters. My work ethic, personal commitment, and sincere concern for clients allow me to provide high quality, cost efficient representation. I have practiced law in Oregon since 2008 and find personal satisfaction in helping people navigate through legal issues.
As part of a dynamic estate planning team, I take pride in assisting individuals and families obtain peace of mind by planning ahead. Estate planning is not just for rich retired people, as there are sure to be issues of incapacity and death in everyone's lives. Wills and Trusts are great tools for anyone who has property they would like to preserve and pass on to loved ones. I work with clients to achieve goals such as preserving assets, appointing guardians, and avoiding probate. I also represent clients in probate and small estate affidavit proceedings.
As the son of immigrants, I understand the need to obtain accurate, up-to-date legal assistance from a trusted resource. Immigration benefits such as Employment Authorization, Lawful Permanent Residency and U.S. Citizenship can truly affect one's livelihood, family, and future. I have been privileged to represent clients from all over the world and the U.S. with diverse backgrounds.
I believe that creating peace of mind and developing long-lasting relationships require quality legal advice with a human touch. Many former clients refer friends, colleagues and family members. I have been a shareholder at Hillsboro Law Group PC since 2016.
Outside of the office, I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my wife and children, music, ethnic cuisine, and sports.
